I've worked in the Information Technology industry for over 15 years.
I started out in a small business, in a time before there were any qualifications. It taught me how to listen to non IT literate people, and respond on the same level. I truly want to make a difference to people's misunderstanding of what Info Tech is all about.
The need for knowledge is ingrained in all of us. I want to learn, as much as I want to teach.
That is why I am here. I write to help others, and receive feedback to teach me how to write better.
